Not every vehicle has rear wheel adjustments and not every car that has rear adjustments needs adjusting. Hope this helps. Depends on vehicle. Each of my Toyotas have always had all four wheels aligned. Not once have I been charged depending in the variations. They just charge you for it. Sure if its an older worn out car or something is broken, it would need repairs.
