I have had a problem with my brand new bed. 1st they thought it was the screws loose 2nd they came out they tighten up the screws,3rd time the brought and put a new rail on the bed.4th time the manager came out. Now the bed cracked off the bedframe..

It's been over a year since you bought your bed. Warranty is out. They did all they can do. The bed is not a rocking chair. I know because I came out three times to fix it. Don't work there now. The bed you bought was a low end bed. But customer neglect is also not covered under the warranty.
