If I was able to describe how wonderful their customer service is, it would probably not be believable. I have shopped at several other sewing machine shops in the greater Charlotte area. Usually, would walk in and be completely ignored. Employees would avoid eye contact so they wouldn’t have to help me. I know people are busy. But the employees at Just Sew Happy seemed to be just as busy, EXCEPT I was immediately greeted and the genuine customer service began. I knew which serger I wanted. Since I was new to serging, I was shown some of the basics on set up and use. Then I asked the owner about another machine I was interested in buying. I described the type of sewing I wanted to do. She immediately told me of a much less expensive machine that would do what I wanted. Can you believe she talked me into spending a LOT less?? All because she was knowledgeable and gave me options. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Felt like I was a guest in their home instead of a place of business. Very grateful for finding this shop. It is well worth the extra time to get there for my future purchases.

Come here to feed your creative spirit and leave with an extended family and network of sewing friends. Absolutely the best shop! The staff here are family and the culture is one of love. Everyone is treated with a caring personal touch. They will remember who you are and the projects you are working on. Their sewing machines and embroidery machines are priced very fair. The textiles and fabric are amazing. My wife and I moved from the area and continue to make the drive to not just visit the shop but to buy their products as well. If we show up just the two of us they always ask and dote on the rest of our family. We miss stopping by once a week and checking in.
