Why don't you accept out-of-state IDs? So basically if I move out of state I can never drink at Lynwood again?

Most every state will not allow, "out of state" ID's.....it is unfortunate especially when you look well old enough to drink! Blame it on all the people trying to pass fake ID's !

These are the only types of ID's allowed by the state where establishment wouldn't be liable. If you have one of the other ID's try talking to manager about it. 1) A Massachusetts Driver’s License 2) A Massachusetts Liquor Identification Card 3) A Massachusetts Identification Card 4) A Passport Issued by the United States or a government that is officially recognized by the United States 5) A Passport Card for a Passport issued by the United States 6) A Military Identification Card.

Because that is the law in Massachusetts. If an establishment takes another form of ID they are liable. Get a Massachusetts Liquor ID, they don't expire.

They would never risk losing there liquor license, hence their livelihood over an out of state fake id. It is easier to police instate id's since their system is only setup for this. Hope this helps.
