I "adopted" a peach face lovebird a few months ago. He seems very happy but I've noticed him biting at himself and he is bald under his wings and on his back. Now there's a lot of down flying around him. Any suggestions?

Got our baby tortoise there. 🐢 The owners/staff really care about the animals and are so kind. We love the new addition to our pet family.
