I have a pet raccoon that is actually my pet in my home. Buy ivermecton for horses and give her just a pinch of it every other day for 2 weeks and then start giving jt to her once a week. Put it on some food for her. It will clear that up. Thats what i use for my little man. Hes a year old ive had him since he was a week old. I go to the vet for check ups like im supposed to for my pet raccoon, and that is what she told me to do. I post a review with a picture of my baby. Check him out.
It would be best to make an appointment and see the vet. Its not wise to get Medical advice through google
Rather be safe than sorry. At least call a wildlife vet to get a medical opinion. As previous answers suggest, getting medical advice via Google has caused more problems than it solves. If you really care about this animal, I hope that you are able to reach a Specialist who has experience with these inquisitive animals. Especially if she is nursing, since I am sure that you don't want to harm the babies by accident.
I would also recomend getting her to the vet, but it does sound like she may have fleas or ticks.. I am not sure if there is a flea prevention medicine in common stores that would be effective for raccoons so it probably would be best to see the vet.. they can give you a better prescription
You better make a appointment
