Not that close. 16 minutes by car/Uber/taxi/lyft. About 40 minutes and a couple of transfers by subway/bus/etc. I believe that only the silver line bus goes to the seaport district where the pavilion is which probably means walking and taking subway to bus and then walking to the pavilion.

Not a walkable distance, but the green, red, then Silver Line will get you there. Uber or lyft wouldn't be a bad trip though
It's about 3.5 miles away, or about an hour and 10 minute walk.
Its next to the harpoon brewery in the seaport district. Not that close to fenway.
