How strictly enforced are seat assignments? I’m joining a group of friends and can’t find tickets nears them — will I be able to sneak to be with them, or are seats / areas pretty strictly enforced?

They get stricter as you get closer to the stage

I sneak around all of the time. I ALWAYS end up in the front 5 rows, center.

Also depends on how close to sold out it is. They don't want to have to constantly shoo people out of seats.

As long as nobody comes to take their seat I think you'll be ok they didn't check our tickets when we sat in our seats

It was pretty loose after the show started. You'll just have to move if someone comes to claim the seats. I'm sure it might be more tight for the seating near the front. And there are areas to hang out that are common, there's a lovely spot set up near the bay with seating to get away from a too loud band. Near smoking section.

I mean I saw people hopping around when I went, but always do that sort of thing with caution!

I was only asked to see my ticket once throughout the whole show when going into the seating area
