I would think if you asked at gate they will help you out they are very good about stuff like that.
If it meets the guidelines you can keep it under your seat. There was no lockers or storage at Rockland when we went in June.
I've not seen one there before..not saying it doesn't exist...but here is some policy info that may help you... Items ALLOWED to be brought into the venue: A bag, no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" (subject to search) *PLEASE NOTE NEW SIZE RESTRICTION* A small camera with no detachable or zoom lens A small blanket A small umbrella (please do not deploy inside) One factory-sealed bottle of water One clear empty water container One small (1 gallon) clear bag of snacks Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought in to venue include, but are not limited to: Weapons of any kind Alcohol Illegal drugs and substances Food or drink except for items described in the allowed list Glass containers and cans Large bags or oversized backpacks Laser pointers Selfie sticks Animals (except qualified service animals) Audio or video recording (unless the Artist allows) Fireworks
