We need several clarifications to properly answer this question. First, are you actually indicating that you will pull a trailer with the bike, or did you mean to say you will load the bike into a trailer when you go camping? Second, what is a long distance? E bikes don't normally have a long range on one charge, so we need to have an idea how far you're planning to go, and how fast you'd like to go. Some of the 250cc bikes today can go fairly long distances as long as they aren't ridden hard and taxed very heavily. If you plan to pull anything, or ride long/fast, you'll need something bigger than a 250. We will also need to know if you're looking for something more street oriented, or whether dual sport is more suitable. Something in the 400cc to 650cc range might be more appropriate if we're understanding what your needs are. Thanks for answering. I have 4 extra batterys and a 4 square foot cargo trailer i pull. Enough supplies for a wellfed 3 or 4 day weekend. Can go 100 + miles in a day. Then get a room charge the battery and head for the Bush. I'm 63 and my hotdoging days are over so prefer secondary roads. So realy looking for something easy to maneuver and light enough that I can stand it up should I fall on the trail. Hope this helps. Thanks
