Seems the front seems morecempathetic and attentive to patients. They still need training on assisting the blind and severly visually impaired. At least be instructed on what a res tip cane is universal and indicates. It is funny when you tell the techs you are blind and they ask you to follow them as if you can actually see them. Protocol is to offer the right arm to guide

I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I received an automated call, to press one to be connected that's a joke. So I called to confirm my appointment and was told it would be $430 up front no explanation as to why. I called back to ask why the person who took my call said she had just spoken to me about my copay and that they had texted me she was rude !! She had the wrong person !! So my amount due was because of my deductible which I understand so I canceled there was no offer to make payments or even half down !! I never received a text about my appointment or how much I owed !! Your scheduling staff are all very rude , no empathy ,rocks have more personality's. I've worked at MRI centers before if we talked to patients like these people do. We would have been written up !! I will also be notifying my Dr.of how I was treated. And I won't be making another appointment and I will share this with everyone!!

My boyfriend had scheduled MRI. Has stents and could not find card info, advised the receptionist, she conferred with a tech and Dr., both confirmed Ok to have MRI, however, Peggy the tech had other ideas. Was quite rude and yelled admonishing me for not having card. When trying to explain, she ignored me, and got brazen with my boyfriend.The rest of the staff quite nice and efficient, as for Peggy, she needs to be respectful to clients.

Had no problem with getting my Nuke CT scan. The only problem I had was that they kept trying to schedule an appointment when I already had one and the other time they called me this week trying to set up another appointment after I already had my CT scan done. The people are friendly.

I believe you can sign up at the front desk. We usually wait for them to make a copy on DVD (no notes from radiologist) If you order the disc ($10) then pick it up a few days later it will have the results report on the last page...
It was suppose to July frist, not sure if went as planned. I would call ahead of time to find out for sure
