What a great experience at West Coast Musculoskeletal Institute, I had an appointment scheduled for later in the week and on Friday I woke up in extreme pain. Contact office and they were able to get me in. When arriving I was meant by the two front office receptionist who where so friendly. I was called back to Dr. Bryan Moynihan, exam room by KIM, Kim was so understanding of my pain, she was friendly and truly went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. After seeing the doctor (who is always great) I went to check out and was greeted by the check out receptionist who was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to this office and their staff.

I had come in with a fractured Tibia back in December. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind and sweet. Dr. Matthew Marsh was the doctor that saw me and he was such a kind soul. He cracked jokes with me and took the time to answer any questions I had. You can tell he truly cares about his work and patients. I hope I never break another bone, but in the event that I do, I would come back again to this facility.

Had a wonderful experience w Dr Shaver today. Finally got a real honest answer as to what my hip pain issue is all about. Dr. Shaver explained my condition and administered a painless steriod injection with immediate results. Have been in debilitating pain for over a year - I'm so relieved and happy right now I could cry happy tears. Thank you ever so much.

After a bad fall left me with a broken arm I was referred to WCMI Brooksville, to confer with an orthopedic surgeon. The staff was wonderful, very pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Initially I was seen by PA Michael Shaver, who asked pertinent questions and in turn gave me plenty of information in answer to my questions. Very pleasant to talk to, and his sense of humor helped ease my concerns. In due course, after necessary scans to pinpoint the exact nature of the surgery that would be needed, I met with him and Dr. Moynihan, who would then do the repair, and I am well on my way to recovery. During the whole process I was treated with unstinting kindness, courtesy and respect, and I cannot thank them enough!
