We have an 6 pounds Tea Cup Chihuahua. She has a carrying bag and does not grab at anyone's food. She has her papers stating that she is our therapeutic dog. Does Olive Garden honer this?

Yes I work for the same company that owns Olive Garden and we do honor Therapy dogs.Legally we aren't even allowed to ask questions once you have stated such.

Every establishment needs to honor SERVICE DOG situations, this does not include Therapy dogs. The best thing would be to call management, tell them the little dog is contained. IF you have documentation, do carry copies with you. Be prepared for " gate keepers" to stop , question you. Sometimes establishments have out door eating areas, that helps., Call them!

Yes, if it is a service animal. Federal law, not up to the establishment. There is a $25,000.00 fine if misrepresented.
