Many that have signs saying "No Semi's" will allow overnight boondock. (My experience.) Just don't pull out the table and chairs or put out your awning. If you are staying more than one night, go to the library or somewhere during the day and park in a different spot the next night.
Some do and some don't, if you want to do the right thing call and ask.
technically no but they rarely bother you if you make a purchase
As long as you buy something and you have a receipt..... they're not likely to bother you and if they do say you were taking a break and your not done shopping.
