The associates seem to run the other way when you need to ask a question, that is if you can find them, they're all up front watching the self checkout so they don't get robbed blind.... Now you can't find the products they usually carry & shelves are empty due to our illustrious pResident & his choice of Transportation Secretary but it was a problem before, made worse by Covid & mismanagement...
Not really, in fact, one employe told me a purposely wrong answer. As I turned and walked away I heard her laugh to her sidekick saying "she ain't never going to find it there."
I just read some of the other answers and don't know which stores they are shopping at but any time I have asked for assistance finding something in Wal-Mart one of the associates are always helpful and point me to the right aisle.
My recent experiences with this question is "No.". One associate didn't know what chocolate chips are. Dumb!
I had a good experience too..they always assist you..
Workers was very busy. I think they might be short staff.
I was told new app can see layout of store and find things on my own
Nope,
No, not at all. Worse, there was a power failure just as I got into the miles-long checkout line. It took forever to get the registers back up and working. They made a few announcements, but these were totally incomprehensible. Shoppers were abandoning their carts in droves. In fairness, the employees didn't seem to have a clue what was going on either. I normally shy away from the Butler North store, I thought it may be safe for just a few things. Guess not. Associates had no interest in helping shoppers fing thing's. A few should be assigned to just that, and only that, especially during this season.
Not really. Not good at all.
They were awesome and very helpful and respectful. This is my favorite Wal-Mart
I usually have very good experiences at this Wal-Mart. The only problem is the other shoppers. Many are rude and in the way. That doesn't disturb me too badly though. Great shop!
Not as a rule...most are busy chatting with other employees often loudly and inappropriately. Some do speak and smile and that is appreciated. Busy time and untrained staff...
Not really You might find one every now and then to help you.
I always get Help from whichever Associate I ask for Help, they are available whenever I need some Help.. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GETTING ANYONE'S HELP.... 🙂
No the associates don't seem to care about the customer at all. They run away when they think you have a question or need any kind of help. The cashier's are unfriendly and just have an overall hate for being at their job.
No help
I usually have a decent experience asking for help. I have been directed to the correct isle and side. Talk to the stockers if you can or the shoppers (Wal-Mart) as they purchase for customers all over the store.
