Any way to get a person to answer the phone? I have been on hold waiting for 45 minutes. No way to go online and check my acct since they are changing systems. This should have been back up by Monday morning. What a nightmare

WELL THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING SOME UPGRADES AND SENT OUT NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT BEING CLOSED AT CERTAIN TIMES FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS SO THAT'S PROBABLY WHAT'S HAPPENING..USUALLY THEIR PRETTY GOOD THOUGH I'VE BEEN WITH THEM ABOUT 10 YEARS NOW #!!!!!

I have been with them for 30 yrs, never have I not be able to reach a live person. Yes I know there is a system change however seems like there would be a way to check my account, or speak with a live person. This is crazy
