I don't remember you should call the inn you can answer all your questions
The check in is 3 pm. However the last 2 times I stayed there the room was ready by noon and 2 pm.
If available they have early check in.
Is all depend what is available...sometimes they have room ..you check in any time
At 3:00pm but you have the outlet mall across the street from the hotel.
