Subpar for what I would expect from Hyatt. I appreciate that Hyatt offers an option in the Inland Empire but this Hyatt Place is a disappointment. The Bad: The Wifi is unacceptably slow. Don't expect to be able to take video calls or stream video from your room. The cleaning service didn't come once in a 5 day visit. Finally the air conditioning unit is rather loud. The Good: The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast is decent for a business trip. The location is convenient.

Always a great stay at Hyatt, my only issue was parking...only a certain amount of parking space in the hotel parking lot.Of you have to park in the parking garage across the street it $23 each night...

I stayed at Hyatt Place Rancho Cucamongo in February 18 .There was an iron and blowdryer and coffee maker but no microwave.
