Weekday mornings are quiet, except for other retirees, during the school year. Plenty of space to find your zen!
I personally like to go after 6:45pm
You could always go to the end by the hotel. There is a little area of beach over the seawall. Also there arent many kids over in that area. Or another good place is lashley park across the street.
Later in the early evening is when my wife and I find it less crowded, and subsequently you'll notice the average age increases.
