I would never use this business. I called and asked approximately how much does it cost to install a heating element in my Whirlpool oven and they would not even give me an approximate price over the phone nor relay my message to someone else who worked there. I was not even asking for an estimate. They stated that I would have to pay for a service call just to get the cost of a part. Who would ever do business with a company that refuses to tell you what the cost of a part is before charging you a fee. There are other companies that I later called and they had no problem telling me how much a heating element would cost. Do not waste your time with this type of shady business practice, there are many reputable companies which are actually transparent in their pricing.This event occurred on 9/15/22.

Matt estimated repairs at $450 plus. He recommended replacing the dishwasher. Paid him $129 (as I recall) for the service call. Then I prayed, and God used my shakey 77 year old hands to reconnect 3 "color coded" wires and solder them. It's been working fine since. Praise God!!

Matt, I believe was his name, came out to fix my dryer. He was on time Friendly And very Informative. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to my grandmother and that is saying something!
