Should wear something protective. That will cushion paint balls hitting you. Pants and long sleeve. Proper shoes for running around.
Your clothes wont get ruined, but will get dirty. I would definitely wear shoes you dont care about because they have a woods course and it can be muddy at times. They also sell camouflage jumpsuits for $10.
