Mixed feelings about this CubeSmart location due to large price increases. Pros: Clean, organized, and secure facility. Never had any problems with entry or the unit itself. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Slow elevators, extremely tight exit corner (avoid if you have a long trailer or very large truck), "climate control" is a generous term in the summer as temps were rather toasty on floor 3, zero cell reception or wifi in most of the building making it impossible to coordinate with loading teams (a safety issue as well). Major con: I experienced significant price increases just four months after all my household items moved in during extended travel. I moved items into 20x10 unit (actually two adjacent 10x10 units) in May 2021. Price $197.25/month. Noticed an increase to $228/month in October 2021 without explanation or added benefit. A 13% increase after three months, at which time I was already traveling and unable to remove items. I wrote it off as a typical yearly increase, though it was quite high. Then, in June 2022 another unannounced price increase to $267/month (a 14% increase). In just one year my rate increased by $69.75, or nearly 27%, with zero added benefit. I could have rented out a 5x10 unit for that rate! Were this yearly 27% increase to continue, I'd be paying over $500/month in just a few years. Needless to say, I happily removed my items in July 2022 and will seek another location that practices open and honest pricing next time I require storage.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
