Definitely not like it is described in online booking. Bed hard and lumpy, WiFi does exist but very slow and no security. Evening clerk (owner/operators daugjter) very rude. Tried to cancel room after 1st night however they would not give refund so stuck here during our stay. Ants in restroom. Had to ask for fridge & microwave. No in room coffee pot or iron. Cable worked when wanted to. Continental breakfast that is advertised consist of luke warm coffee and Quaker oats bar...Room only had 1 towel, hand towel & washcloth. Was treated like a criminal when I asked for more because there were 2 of us booked for this room. The parking lot is very small, hard to maneuver cars around. The outside pool is not heated. This is NOT a 2 star hotel more like a 1/2 star.
I would have asked for my money back if I wasn't so tired.! It's a dump.!!!
There's also burn holes everywhere, it stinks, and the manger is not people friendly.
It has been bad for years. The staff was rude to me. I saw cockroaches and lots of them running around our newly renovated room. There is constant noise and police action all night. It has gotten out of hand and I finally felt safety was at risk so I started staying elsewhere and have never had these issues. The place is a drug haven and poorly run.
Its a dump. Try motel 6 on country club..
I stay here a lot for work because it is inexpensive and has weekly rates. The staff has always been accomodating and gracious. Yeah, you get some people who stay there who are on drugs, start fights, and cause a ruckus but this is always handled effectively and quickly. Honestly, you knew what you signed up for and compared to similarly priced rooms in the area this is the taj mahal.
The price was low when compared to other similar places in that area. Next time, try online booking. The price I found using booking buddy couldn't be beat. I hope my input was helpful.
