I would call Dakin on Union St in Springfield they help people with minimal funds.....I got my Chihuahuas spayed and neutered for $20 each....I don't know what is happening with ur dog but its definately worth checking out if he needs to see a doctor.....Good luck!!!!
I'm not positive but I think Community Animal Clinic might be able to help you? They moved the one I originally saw in Springfield.. now I don't know where they are now? Please call around and ask if your dog needs help!! Maybe Dankin on Union St can help you find some answers for your dogs care??
