Went in rang the bell a multiple times finally a woman and a man answered the door and said put a mask on, I simply asked for some 😢 feminine supplies and the woman said we don't have that.

There very original nonprofit organization that supports underprivileged family and kids. Helping kids with a variety of fun activities and social events. Very educational experiences for real life.

You should go Downtown Main Street to New England Farms Worker's ,might be a better Help Source than the Salvation Army plus also You can check with another Human Resource agency called "Arise for Social Justice on School ,and High Street for Information about other Service Agencies throughout the City of Springfield that can help you too.Good Luck!!!🤔

Why was I given food for 1, when I have two daughters? I brought all our birth certificates, proof of address, and ID. Yet, they told the people food for one? I thought they were suppose to help families?

Of you got food for one person they didn't receive more donations unfortunately. Try open pantry on the North end of Springfield by the McDonald's
