Yes, there is outside seating.(limited) There were only a handful of people there when I was there you can call n ask if dogs are allowed, if its a service dog I wouldnt think it would be a problem. Maybe request an outside table.
Yes there is an outdoor patio at the Mesa location...being as it was cold & windy the 2 days that we were there, no one was seated outside so I'm not sure if pups are allowed...very friendly staff there though so I'd give them a call first just to check.
