NY points may be transfered to a MA license. Must states have reciprocal agreements. Not totally sure.
Your employer will see your driving record for Massachusetts, if they want to see prior record they will ask for your driving record from a diffrent state. It depends on your employer and what they are looking for. Call your insurance company they can go into depth about the details concerning points on your license and how that affects you.
