Actually there were people there without appointment and some of them got to accomplish what they needed, Also if you are registering a vehicle call your insurance company before getting there and tell them you need your policy application filled for the state of Ma, your insurance will doit over the phone and they will send it to your EMail it only takes a few minutes you can do it in the parking lot print it in a CVS or anywhere , sign it, date it and good to go, without that they will send you home and have to come back the same day or have to make another appointment even if you got proof of insurance .
