If I have lost EVERYTHING (ID, S.S card and birth certificate) how can I go about getting a new social security card? I cant get an ID without it. I really need to get all 3 of these things back somehow. I understand I'll have to pay some money.

Not true apply for your birth certificate through vitalcheck once u have that you can Mail in the bc,a hospital record with name and birthday you should be good to get a social security card look at the dmv website in ri to see what u can use instead of a birth certificate to get id I didn’t have to show my social security card at the dmv just my birth certificate a proof of residency you can also get a motorized later as well
