I am extremely pleased with the customer service and very timely same-day delivery experience that I had today! I ordered flowers on behalf of a friend today and I called around noon or so and they took my order, made an absolutely beautiful arrangement, AND had it delivered to her front door before she got home from work! I actually live in North Carolina and did this for a friend in Providence, but I will absolutely order flowers again from this place if needed again!

Very disappointed with our prom bouquet and boutonniere…i would have given a 1 star for these flower arrangements but we used them in the fall for homecoming and were happy with it. We live 30 minutes away and went out of our way to come here on the recommendation of a friend but definitely not worth the trip. I went in and ordered them in person and even showed them pics…but it’s like they never even listened to me. The boutonnière was obnoxiously large…like it belonged on a circus clown And the bouquet was so bland, no variety or color and the small filler flowers around the edges were all wilted and hanging down. I even took a picture of it at their store and you can see them hanging down. The only thing holding them with the other flowers was the paper wrapping. We had to leave the wrapping on for most of the pictures. Once we took the wrapping off (only 2 hours after we picked up at the store) when she held the flowers by the handle all the little filler flowers around the edges were hanging straight down on the handle. They had to go get scissors to cut them all off. I was so embarrassed. I told the woman at the counter repeatedly that I was not happy with the flowers and she kept saying repeatedly the slip says white even though I did not ask for white flowers. They made no offers to try and fix, wont be back
