The Main Entrance is in the rear of the building from Toll Gate Rd. Many times confused with the ER entrance that is Right as you turn in or the Ambulance Bay that is accessible right from Toll Gate rd. So go to the rear of the building where 90% of the parking is to find the main entrance. ** side note fun fact** once in the hospital the main entrance as described above is actually floor 2 even though it was ground level. Kent was built on a hill so there is actually ground level entrance on the 1st floor ER 2nd floor main entrance and Also basement which is for deliveries and some ambulance services. Very confusing I know
It has changed drastically there very friendly but not efficient to take care of people that need it i love the staff but things have to change
