This company is untrustworthy and dangerous. I would reconsider doing business with them. I did not pay a yearly fee but it would be worth it to do so to avoid the life danger and unecesary fees they will put you through regardless of yearly fee.
Yes there is a yearly tank rental. We will never do business with them. Crappy experience.
