There's no extra cost for a trainer, whether you take the basic plan, ($10 per month) or become a black card member. It's all included in the membership. The training is usually a small, but very effective. All of the locations have experienced trainers that will work with you, to achieve the results you aspire to. And they usually have cool promotions to sign up. Even if they don't have a special promotion at the time you sign up. Really, I say give it a shot. At least the basic plan, it think its worth it.

No, unfortunately not. They don't offer boxing, or have a bag for it. I would like one too. But no, they don't offer it at all.

It is open it just doesn't look like it is because they are still working on other places in the plaza and have a construction screen up. But they are open.
