Is a negative COVID test required for an unvaccinated 5 yo to attend Disney on Ice. He just had one and was negative (on Monday). Does he need to get another one?

As of today, 12/21/21 Agganis policy listed on webpage says all guests over the age of 12 are required to present full vaccination against COVID 19 or a qualifying negative COVID test. In addition per city of Boston guidelines all guests over the age of 2 must wear a mask except while actively eating or drinking.
