Are there any other locations in the Providence area that remotely display itself like how this awesome Park is here? I like it to be water-bound and lots of walkways up and down Hills just like this

You want a cool place, check out fort witherall in Jamestown. Lots of walking paths and an abandoned fort by the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Sunsets are awesome

As said, not really that many. But Providence in general has a lot of art installations and this river flows through a good portion. So it's still enjoyable to walk around it even when it's not Waterfire

Not really. India point park is a very small version of it
