I'm not entirely sure that cigar masters is even a thing anymore. I believe that they became tel Aviv on the waterfront. It is still an 18 +establishment
I just called, 21+! Actually all tobacco/cigar bars are 21+ now. I believe it’s 21+ to buy tobacco now as well!
It's located inside of a bar ,so it may be 21 + but rhode island is 18 to buy tobacco, I'd call first.
