They sell small cuts of fabric that are pre cut but none so small as for patchwork. The pieces are usually about 2feet by 1 1/2 feet but are pretty inexpensive so it'd be easy to buy a bunch and cut them yourself. Right now they are 6 Pieces For $1

I'm not so sure, but you can check they are located on 3 ave bet 104 & 105 bus 102 n 103 leaves you right in front of the store
