If you walk over to the ampitheater there are outlets and shelter from rain, its part of the park, brewster gardens/town brook may seasonly have mosquitoes but plymouth rock is directly on saltwater, lived here 18 years never found a mosquito that close to ocean before.

No, the only thing it had a lot of was mosquitoes. We were covered in them. I would recommend going in the fall.
