Street parking with meters. Park is free, some attractions due have fees.
I don't think you have to pay at all. There's plenty of parking by the street that is free of charge or at least I think it was 😁
Yes, but it's undergoing renovation right now
If you walk over to the ampitheater there are outlets and shelter from rain, its part of the park, brewster gardens/town brook may seasonly have mosquitoes but plymouth rock is directly on saltwater, lived here 18 years never found a mosquito that close to ocean before.
