I've used the health express 3 times this past year, and every time was a pleasant experience, the nurses especially were super nice. I had to take myself and 3 of my children just yesterday, Because the pediatrician's office was too busy to see them and I was in-and-out very quickly and everyone was really lovely.

Check in was easy, wait was as expected!! The NP sat down and talked with me and was amazing and made me feel good about my daughter being I’ll. Didn’t love the approach of the person who did our throat swab wasn’t super good with my 2 year old who was in a lot of pain. Felt like he was kind of blowing me off like “yep yep next person” sort of attitude. Overall a good experience.
