Awesome, intense, and well structured class with a down to earth and hardworking group of people. Coach Christian is an attentive and skilled coach who knows how to push you to give everything you’ve got. The facility was also clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The students there were diverse in backgrounds and experience levels, and seemed to share a love for Muay Thai. I went there for a drop in class while visiting the city and felt very safe and welcomed. Overall, I highly recommend this gym!

I was visiting Rochester for work and Coach Christian was kind enough to let me train at the gym. The team is awesome and highly skilled, the padwork classes were divided between beginners and advanced and everyone was there helping the other person get better, zero ego just love for the sport and community! The facility was nice with heavy bags and a ring, and parking was easy. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area interested in good Muay Thai!

What The Flock

I went to an advanced class about a year ago to give it a try. I'm not new to combat sports but Muay Thai is a whole other subject. Christian is an amazing Kru. He is very welcoming and very helpful. The other people attending the class are very friendly and everyone is there for the same reason, to get stronger physically and mentally. I plan on signing up for new classes very soon.

Came in as an absolute beginner and have been training here for the past 3 months. Recommend 200%. A female friendly gym and a perfect example of what people say -- that the instructor sets the tone/atmosphere for the gym. If you want to train with an experienced and knowledgeable instructor who is also very humble and approchable, along with a team of encouraging students passionate about the sport, then this is the place for you! Christian is a very patient and encouraging instructor committed to bringing out the best in his students. His passion for the sport/teaching is truly inspiring and can be felt everywhere in the gym.
