Some of these bus drivers are SO RUDE it is ridiculous and pathetic. I don't think RTS even cares. I don't think they are training their drivers. Some drivers really need to work on their people skills and start speaking to people with respect. Shouting and lifting their tone of voice is not necessary unless they are dealing with a drunk person or someone that seems obviously troublesome. They disrespect people because they know they'll get away with it. Just like a driver I had on Saturday driving the 41. I got on the bus at 4:40p. She yelled at people my entire ride home. I'm glad it didn't happen to me because I would have been beyond upset. I am going to try my absolute best to start driving this year so I can leave this abysmal service behind. Totally unacceptable behavior. She was so stressed out about being a couple of minutes late, which happens all the time. It is not that big of a deal. She ain't the first driver that ran a few minutes behind and she won't be the last. I see drivers run a little behind everyday that I take the bus. We are not children and it is not a school bus. Drivers please get it together. Stop yelling at people and then get mad at them because they get mad at y'all.

They are always polite. The. Drivers make it to my safe and on time. And the young men and young at at the transit center with the neon vests are very helpful too along with the information desk. Thank you and Bless you
