From the main parking lot to the 4x4 lot and only on a leash. None beyond that and It can change dependant on bird nesting locations . Off season plenty of dogs running around off leash
Dogs must be leashed
Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash for obvious reasons including, the population of endangered birds that nest on this barrier beach every year. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, nobody will complain if you let the dog off the leash to run.
When I was there a year or two ago dogs or there off leash and well-behaved.
On a leash and only on certain parts of the beach.
