Yeah to start with they merged with another bank. People were having problems with someone hacking into the system and putting fraudulent charges on people's accounts. If you can't get ahold of them I'd go in. Tons of people had problems. I personally haven't had that problem. (knock on wood)! What we have had problems with (since they merged,) is all of the sudden they way we've had our account setup for the last 8 yrs all of the sudden they are letting charges through that they shouldn't be.They took money from our savings,to cover charges.That they shouldn't have been paying out.The customer is the only person who is supposed to take money from our savings account to put in our chcking account.Last month they messed up so bad we had no way to pay our bills.We also have it set up that if there isn't money to cover a charge then it's supposed to decline. Last month they put stuff through that they shouldn't have. We had several overdraft fees at $35 each.WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS!
