Is the water/beach decently clean?

I live nearby. I wouldn't swim there. Fishing is ok.

I wouldn't trust the water there. From a fisherman's standpoint, as someone who goes around the whole park and sees a lot more of the water than just the beach area, the water at that park is definitely not the cleanest.
