Call your airlines before you travel and let them know you need one and it usually done and waiting for you
You should have indicated that in your reservation. If you have not yet done so, call and have them add it. Not all airports have Jeff Bridges so let them know whether or not you can do stairs. Once you arrive they will have people to assist you
They have them right at the doorway.
Speak to your agent at the check in counter for yourbparticular airline. They can arrange one for you.
