Follow the signs for the cell phone lot.
I get my luggage and call the person that is picking me up. They park nearby outside the airport or in the cell phone lot. In a few minutes they arrive and I'm waiting outside for them.
There is a free cellphone lot on the east side of Post Road just south of the entrance to the airport where you can wait.
