Depends on the ride. If you fit, they're not going to stop you. PS avoid the train ride unless you enjoy noxious fumes.
Most of them, yes. There are some small rides that are perfect for young ones, so they can go alone as well.
Yes you can go on most of the rides with your children. Someone mentioned that they have sold it and are changing it. From what I have heard they are keeping most of the rides going and what to save all they can of the original park theme. They do plan on changing the safari ride to a dino land for kids.

It's a mix, but the toddler rides are kids only. If your child has a meltdown they will stop the ride so you can go get them.
