You must be a guest at the resort in order to use the water park.
They were when I went. Call the office and you can ask them. They may close it to the public if they're fully booked. Plus Spring breaks are coming up too.

No I went there last week and was sent back you have to stay there at the place. I drive 35 mins and my kids were so bummed it never said that online so I just assumed we could go.
