This company put a brand new roof on our home in 2012 and we were completely satisfied with the install, professional communication and reasonable price. This year, while trying to renew our home insurance, the insurance company requested some repair in order to continue insuring our home. John Caldwell, the owner of this company, came out to the house, reviewed the area of concern, and addressed it. He then sent me pictures so I could send to the insurance company and hopefully continue with our coverage. And here’s the best part…he did not charge us! We highly recommend this company for their prompt, professional and excellent service. Thanks John!

I reached out to them on a Friday and the lady on the phone was very nice. Gave her information on our roof leaking, and she said we would get a call by someone on the team to schedule. Monday I called again as I hadnt heard back and she again said I would get a scheduling call. It's now Thursday and still havent been contacted. Luckily it hasnt been a rainy week. Unfortunately decided to go with another company. If this is how long it takes to just get a phone call for an appointment scheduling I dont want to know how long it would take to get the repairs done. Update: I received a call from the owner explaining the situation which I appreciated. I added more stars for their ability to professionally handle a complaint. Shows a lot about the management and company. Maybe I’ll be able to use them in the future if I ever need more assistance
